Director of Creative Performance

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a prioritized creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other
• Define target audiences, customer objections, product benefits, creative hooks, formats, and
• Translate customer insights and performance data into actionable creative strategies that support
• Establish testing priorities based on business objectives, audience needs, and opportunities for
• Translate creative strategies into clear briefs, scripts, product demonstrations, and
• Manage production calendars, creative feedback, approvals, and delivery timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth
• Previous experience leading creative teams, managing external production partners, or overseeing
• Demonstrated success developing advertising concepts that have supported profitable customer
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or wellness industries is strongly preferred.
• Deep practical knowledge of paid social creative strategies and advertising formats across Meta and
• Experience adapting creative concepts for YouTube and other digital acquisition channels.

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually.
