• Design and execute the enterprise customer data roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, market research, or data management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct team management role
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and advanced SQL
• Experience with enterprise BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a
