📋 Description

• Develop and execute an enterprise customer data strategy and roadmap aligned with broader business
• Establish and maintain standards for customer data quality, security, governance, and regulatory
• Lead consumer research and insights initiatives focused on customer behavior, market trends
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to integrate customer data and analytical
• Oversee the development of internal data tools, data catalogs, certified datasets, and self-service
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts and scientists, supporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, market research, data management, or a
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing and developing a data-focused team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or another
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and advanced SQL.
• Strong experience with enterprise business intelligence and data visualization tools such as
• Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks
