🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in business analytics, quantitative or computing
• 7+ years in retail/e-commerce or B2C tech
• 5+ years data tech experience (ML, stats, data ops)
• 3+ years people management
• Strong business sense with data perspective
• Expertise in Python or R and SQL
