Director of Data Strategy

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/engineering team building
• Lead requirements-gathering across multiple business units, reconciling differing data definitions
• Partner with IT to evaluate data models, schema design, and migration plans from a business-fit
• Build reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to support stakeholder needs during and after the
• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the leadership/stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data management, ideally including exposure to
• Bachelor's degree required (field open if experience is a strong fit)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI (required)
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, API integrations, and/or Python (a strong plus)
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
