Director of Demand Generation

📋 Description

• Develop and own the B2B demand generation strategy, including priority customer segments, buyer
• Partner with the Founder and VP of Sales to align marketing investment with the highest-value
• Transform the existing CRM into a revenue engine by leading segmentation, reactivation, nurturing
• Analyze CRM data, sales-call transcripts, case studies, and account intelligence to improve the
• Improve inbound lead quality and conversion by optimizing campaigns, messaging, landing pages
• Evaluate marketing performance based on pipeline and revenue outcomes, identifying and eliminating

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth
• Demonstrated experience building or operating demand generation programs for B2B organizations
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and revenue from U.S. or international enterprise
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, paid acquisition
• Experience working directly with setters, SDRs, account executives, closers, or other sales
• Demonstrated, measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, meetings, or other meaningful commercial
