Director of Detection and Response

📋 Description

• Build and lead the detection and response organization
• Own incident response and crisis readiness
• Set technical direction for telemetry, detection pipelines, forensic tooling, and response
• Focus defenses on meaningful threats
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, Communications, and Customer Trust
• Drive blameless reviews and ensure corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and leading Detection and Response, incident response, or security engineering
• Deep incident response experience and judgment during serious security events
• Strong technical foundations in cloud infrastructure, operating systems, networking, identity, and
• Engineering approach to security operations
• Ability to turn business risk into focused strategy
