• Agentic Shopping & Personalized Assortment: Lead site readiness for agentic shopping and
• Advanced Search Optimization: Overhaul search precision beyond broad Customer Experience/Service
• Full-Funnel Personalization & Carousels: Architect high-converting cross-sell and up-sell
• Testing & Optimization Roadmap: Establish a disciplined A/B and multivariate testing pipeline
• Merchandising Reporting POV: Advocate and partner with the Analytics team to evolve a reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of digital merchandising or e-commerce leadership experience (D2C, Apparel
• Managing Up & Executive Presence: Exceptional capability to manage up, articulate site tactics
• Obsessive Project Management: Demonstrated user proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana or
• Hyper-Collaborative Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build
• Algorithmic & Agentic Expertise: Proven track record configuring and optimizing
• Reporting & Analytical Depth: A strong perspective on digital merchandising reporting
