📋 Description

• Own, lead, and scale Discovery & Framing at Defense Unicorns
• Lead high-priority customer engagements
• Establish the D&F methodology and quality standard
• Build and develop the D&F team
• Facilitate working sessions with senior customer leaders
• Interview operators and technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, management consulting, customer strategy, value advisory, or
• Experience with firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG is valued
• Proven record of leading executive interviews, workshops, and cross-functional sessions
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills (hypothesis-led discovery, root-cause analysis, Five
• Ability to rapidly learn and operate within customer mission contexts
• Outstanding written and verbal executive communication
