Director of Engineering

📋 Description

• Define the technical direction and architecture of the first SaaS product in partnership with
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned
• Address complex engineering challenges involving human-centered customer support, business
• Co-develop technical roadmaps for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B)
• Recruit, develop, and lead a diverse engineering team, encouraging professional growth
• Foster a human-centered engineering culture grounded in empathy, curiosity, social responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in engineering roles.
• At least 5 years of experience building and managing engineering teams for SaaS platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience working with customer support platforms.
• Experience designing and developing API-based SaaS system architectures.
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile dual-track sprint teams, or methodologies with comparable goals and
• Experience with computer vision technologies.
