Director of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the PM engineering organization, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM micro services
• Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and overall product quality
• Ensure system capacity planning and operational support for the PM
• Establish and enforce development standards, tools, and methodologies
• Integrate customer and business requirements into engineering efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS products, machine learning
• 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments
• Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience with Agentic driven development methodologies
