📋 Description

• Lead teams building AI agent platforms, tool ecosystems, and cloud-native services.
• Define engineering roadmap for scalable, secure AI systems across Extreme.
• Mentor and grow high-performing teams, develop leaders, ensure standards.
• Drive multi-program execution with clear priorities and risk management.
• Guide architectural decisions for distributed systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Champion production readiness, observability, SLOs, capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field, or equivalent.
• 15+ years software engineering with 10+ years leadership and 5+ managing managers.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML or intelligent software platforms.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agent architectures, LLM integration, and guardrails.
• Experience leading cloud-native AI/data-intensive services; distributed systems, microservices, APIs.
• Experience in Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
