📋 Description

• Manage BAU IT operations, ensuring support for employees and handling incidents
• Lead IT systems implementation projects (identity, ITSM, automation platform, integrations)
• Lead the IT function, manage budget, roadmap, and vendor relationships
• Drive automation and AI adoption across IT operations
• Implement and maintain documentation, change management, and incident processes
• Build customer-focused relationships with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations or IT leadership, including 3+ years as senior IT leader
• Experience owning IT strategy and service delivery in a scaling organisation
• Experience managing vendor relationships and IT budget
• Track record of leading systems implementations end-to-end
• Strong automation mindset, using scripting (Python/Bash) or platforms (n8n, Zapier, Workato)
• AI-native leadership and daily use of AI tools
