Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage the accounting team, overseeing general ledger activities, accounts
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and
• Direct financial planning and analysis, including the annual operating plan, budget, sales plan
• Develop contribution margin reporting by client and product line, alongside key performance
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to establish pricing for new business and renewals, including
• Oversee treasury operations, pharmacy claims payment cycles, client billing and collections, cash

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including financial planning and analysis, forecasting
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
• Strong corporate accounting expertise and a proven track record of successfully managing clean
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate accounting and finance teams.
