Director of Finance & Accounting

📋 Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the firm’s long-term goals and objectives
• Provide leadership and expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, financial systems, strategic
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including consolidation and reporting for
• Prepare shareholder and Board reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management and
• Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
• 10+ years of experience in a management role in finance or accounting
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, KPI development and reporting
• Expertise in financial software and systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, investment management software
