📋 Description

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting operations, ensuring accurate records, effective financial
• Develop and monitor the annual organizational budget, providing monthly reports to budget holders
• Oversee expense coding, cost allocations, reimbursements, and monthly and quarterly financial
• Monitor expenditures against grant budgets and prepare accurate, timely financial reports for
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain appropriate internal controls.
• Manage relationships with the external Professional Employer Organization (PEO), coordinating

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience managing financial functions and organizational
• Demonstrated experience with financial operations, budgeting, grant budgets, grant accounting, and
• Strong working knowledge of nonprofit finance, accounting, operations, and administration.
• Experience preparing financial reports; familiarity with restricted funding is an advantage.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex finance and administrative functions from planning
• Excellent organizational and task management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000–$110,000, depending on skills, experience, and professional background.
• Work arrangement: Regular full-time, fully remote position.
