Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and business growth
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risks
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations
• Implement financial systems and processes to support scale

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a preference for operational finance
• Tactical leader with expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and cost
• Expertise in fundraising, capital management, and investor relations, with a preference for
• Proven success in a startup or high-growth company
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or related industries is a plus
