Director of Finance Technology

📋 Description

• Lead Finance Technology strategy across FP&A and Strategic Finance.
• Own planning platforms, forecasting, automation, and AI enablement.
• Partner with Finance, Data, IT, HR Systems, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Evaluate investments and build vs. buy decisions to improve forecast quality.
• Drive governance for planning systems and finance models.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, Finance Systems, or related finance tech roles.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems (Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to translate finance needs into technology roadmaps.
• Excellent communication for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Track record leading complex initiatives and stakeholder influence.
