Set multi-year strategy and roadmap for financial systems (ERP, billing, revenue, integrations).
Lead design and implementation of core financial platforms with GAAP controls.
Architect and govern integrations with CRM, data warehouse, HRIS, and procurement tools.
Partner with Controller and FP&A to translate requirements into scalable workflows.
Drive ERP upgrades and automation projects, including go-live.
Establish governance, security, and SOX-like controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years in finance systems or related fields; ERP leadership.
Experience with NetSuite/Workday or similar ERP.
Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, R2R; US GAAP.
Proven ERP implementations and automation project leadership.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholders.
