Director of FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead the optimization of our financial planning architecture, replacing manual/spreadsheet-heavy
• Support commercial strategy through advanced financial modeling of go-to-market efficiency
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to analyze and report on
• Assist in capital strategy and execution, including investor communications, preparing Board
• Drive enterprise efficiency across the business by optimizing software, cloud and AI stack
• Establish, track and report on key operational performance metrics while translating financial data

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive FP&A experience, at the Director or Manager level, within an enterprise SaaS, AI or
• Direct experience with advanced financial planning, forecasting cycles, and strategic GTM
• Demonstrated mastery of SaaS financial metrics (LTV, CAC, ARR, NRR, GRR, Product Margins, Bookings
• Hands-on experience leading finance systems transformations (e.g., implementing/overhauling
• Currently living in the Austin Metropolitan area with the expectation of collaboration in-office 2x
