📋 Description

• Lead operations and cultural evolution of NeueHouse Madison Square location.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across Membership & Event Sales, Membership Experience
• Drive integrated business performance and operational excellence with P&L accountability.
• Establish world-class hospitality and innovative programming aligned with the brand.
• Set strategic direction for revenue growth and guest experience at a landmark venue.
• Partner with Convene leadership to implement cross-functional initiatives and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership in event venue management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong operational expertise in event logistics, F&B programs, and technical production (AV).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, membership/event-driven environment.
• Proficiency with budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis.
