Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region
• Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services
• Oversees budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program
• Works closely with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and the state management team
• Builds positive relationships with families, community partners, referral sources, and external
• Ensures compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, Medicaid Waiver standards, HCBS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
• 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams preferred
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
