📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day IT operations, including end-user services, procurement, employee onboarding and
• Lead security and cloud infrastructure functions across hybrid on-premises and Azure environments
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hosted SaaS business applications, ensuring appropriate
• Establish, maintain, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including
• Translate the technology strategy established by the CTO into actionable plans, priorities
• Drive ITSM and ITIL maturity by establishing and continuously improving processes for incident

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or technology leadership, including at
• Demonstrated leadership experience across security, cloud infrastructure, application management
• Deep hands-on and leadership experience with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including
• Experience working with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and operating technology
• Strong ITSM/ITIL expertise with a proven ability to establish and mature service management

• Base compensation of approximately $141,750–$172,462.50 per year, with actual compensation varying
