🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in legal operations at fast-growth tech company.
• Proven leader of a legal operations team.
• Experience with CLM and AI-enabled legal platforms.
• Experience with outside counsel billing and e-billing.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and accruals management.
• Define OKRs and build executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI governance in legal workflows.
