📋 Description

• Own engineering direction for Conversation Product Area
• Lead multiple platforms: Agent Engine, evaluation infra, Search, Speak
• Oversee production systems at scale and AI-driven features
• Co-lead product/engineering paired model with product lead
• Drive migration to shared Agent Engine across teams
• Shape technical strategy for first‑party voice investments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical leadership with architecture evaluation skill
• Experience running large engineering orgs through platform changes
• Background in two or more: LLM agent systems, eval infra, retrieval/search, or speech/voice ML infra
• Experience managing managers and scalable org structures
• Proven ability to adapt teams to shifting priorities while delivering
