Director of Nursing (DON)

📋 Description

• Provide direction, and coordination of nursing teams, services, and supports throughout Dungarvin
• Define and direct the health/medical support infrastructure, policies and procedures, systems, data
• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and oversight of nursing services within all Dungarvin
• Monitor trends and evaluate the clinical integrity of nursing services, supports, and plans.
• Serve as a liaison between State, Regional, and Dungarvin leadership regarding nursing and

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unencumbered New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Three or more years' experience in a management position involving growth and development
• Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver nursing processes and waiver-related tools and
• Competency-based training and supervision ability for RNs and LPNs.
• Proficiency in Therap documentation.
• Experience with individuals with I/DD is preferred.
