Director of Operations

📋 Description

• Lead daily plant operations to achieve on-time delivery, throughput, and productivity targets
• Implement and sustain standardized operations management systems including tiered daily management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve labor efficiency, OEE, yield, scrap reduction
• Ensure robust process controls to prevent product escapes and quality defects
• Partner with Quality teams to address root causes of internal and external quality issues
• Own plant-level cost performance including labor, materials, scrap, and overhead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
• Demonstrated success leading plant operations with full operational accountability
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, influencing without direct authority
• Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management
• Experience in complex, made-to-order or fabrication-heavy manufacturing environments (preferred)

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range $160,000 - $180,000
• Bonus target range 30% - 45%
