📋 Description

• Own and continuously evolve the operational infrastructure and control framework supporting
• Support and improve scalable reconciliation frameworks, portfolio management systems (PMS), and
• Set the strategic direction for counterparty and vendor relationships (prime brokers, exchanges
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex operational breaks, discrepancies, and
• Partner with the Head of Infrastructure, Finance, and senior leadership to shape treasury, cash
• Own PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk limit monitoring frameworks, ensuring accuracy and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, middle/back office, or trading operations at a financial
• Institutional rigor and expertise across the full trade lifecycle in traditional and/or digital
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational frameworks, systems, and processes from
• Strong track record managing complex counterparty relationships and leading negotiations with prime
• Exceptional judgment and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other technical skills strongly
