📋 Description

• Develop and manage partner relationships across all levels, from day-to-day operations to senior
• Strengthen partner-facing workflows and tools to improve care delivery, patient experience, and
• Problem solve operational, partner-facing issues; derive systems-level insights, and design and
• Build a scalable partnership management structure that supports new center launches and adapts

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in healthcare industry focused on strategy, operations, partnerships
• Experience in startup organization
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional work from problem definition through implementation
• Ability to bring structure to unclear problems, make practical tradeoffs, and drive outcomes across
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and influencing
