📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor junior payroll staff, ensuring their professional growth and the accuracy of
• Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for 15+ states, acting as the final point of escalation for
• Mastermind the withholding, filing, and reconciliation for 15+ states, including SUTA/FUTA, FICA
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring seamless system
• Lead the registration of new state tax IDs and manage SUTA/FUTA/FICA compliance across a growing US
• Lead the response for all federal and state tax notices, garnishments, and year-end (W-2/W-3)

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing US payroll (multi-state experience is non-negotiable).
• High proficiency in payroll systems, such as ADP WorkforceNow, Kronos/Ukg, and Advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPP certification is a massive plus).
• Flawless English communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax issues to US-based staff.
• Comfortable working 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST to align with US Eastern/Central time zones.
