Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle for 15+ states
Lead multi-state tax compliance including SUTA/FUTA, FICA, and local tax nexus
Serve as subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now
Supervise and mentor junior payroll staff
Manage federal and state tax notices, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
Provide strategic reporting to C-suite

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience managing multi-state US payroll
High proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, Kronos/Ukg, and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPP preferred)
Flawless English communication skills
Comfortable working 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST to align with US time zones
