📋 Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to executive leadership on workforce and organizational
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
• Lead employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workplace investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized Canadian institute in Human Services
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL)
• Minimum four years of direct experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrated career progression with strong leadership experience
• Experience leading multiple HR functions within a complex, multi-site, or growing organization
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
