📋 Description

• Own the People Operations function end-to-end, global payroll, the employee lifecycle, Talent
• Architect the next version of People Operations built for the AI era, ensuring systems and AI
• Personally build systems, agents, and playbooks, setting the bar through hands-on work
• Design how Rippling, Remote, and Ashby work together and identify the next manual step to remove
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, and make performance, promotion, and exit decisions within the
• Manage complex employee relations and compliance cases with Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Operations or leadership experience, ideally through a comparable growth-stage transition
• Systems architecture thinking: designing how several platforms and their data work together so a
• Hands-on experience building automations or AI agents yourself
• Could mention nice-to-have: Series B or growth-stage scale-up experience
• Experience in high-growth, high-change environment leading People Operations
