📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market, ecosystems, monetization
• Lead vision and strategy for a new gaming product area
• Build and guide design and engineering teams to deliver a user-centric product
• Translate strategy into roadmap and actionable plans for teams
• Communicate product plans and outcomes to stakeholders across Mozilla
• Define and own product metrics to guide decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience
• 5+ years in/around video gaming with PC/desktop ecosystems
• 5+ years managing cross-disciplinary teams
• Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products
• Ability to define and own product metrics
• Comfortable representing product externally via thought leadership, podcasts, conferences
