Director of Product Management

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Product Managers through coaching, feedback and career development
• Set product strategy and direction across your area using customer conversations, market insight
• Raise the bar on product craft across the team, including written communication, prioritization
• Prioritize ruthlessly across a long list of possible bets, balancing customer impact, business
• Define and track the metrics that show whether what your team shipped actually worked, and
• Align engineering, design, sales, marketing and support around a shared roadmap and set of

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing a team of Product Managers and acting as a player-coach
• A track record of developing, articulating and executing product strategies that drove measurable
• Experience coaching PMs and building strong product practices and rituals
• Deep experience doing user research and working with customers to test product hypotheses
• An ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals to drive clarity on what to build
