Director of Product Management, Award Management

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Award Management suite, aligned to company
• Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers, setting goals, coaching performance, and
• Define and execute a multi-platform strategy across the Award Management portfolio, sequencing
• Partner with engineering leadership to plan platform migrations, consolidations, and modernization
• Represent the Award Management strategy and roadmap to the executive team and other stakeholders
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on packaging, pricing, and go-to-market

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including experience leading and managing a team of
• Proven experience designing and executing product strategy across a multi-platform or multi-product
• Skilled at working within Agile environments across distributed teams.
• Experience with platform migrations, product integrations, or modernization efforts, and an
• Strong track record of setting roadmap priorities based on customer needs, business impact, and
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and driving
