Director of Product Management, CS/AI

📋 Description

• Own strategy and outcomes for AI-driven customer support and automation.
• Design in-app support experience and intelligent routing for self-resolution.
• Build agentic resolution platform: LLM orchestration and multi-step workflows.
• Own customer intelligence layer and PRDs for ML-driven personalization.
• Define architecture direction and strategy memos across engineering, ML, and data.
• Set vendor integration requirements for AI voice and chat.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management, with 2+ years in AI/ML in production.
• Experience owning end-to-end customer-facing AI experiences and routing.
• Ability to write PRDs for ML systems trusted by ML engineers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-native orchestration: tool-calling, multi-step agents.
• Strong judgment on when to use LLM reasoning vs deterministic rules.
• Excellent written communication; PRDs as core leadership artifact.
