📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear multi-year product vision and strategy for Provider Data Management
• Own the product portfolio spanning provider ingestion, provider data reconciliation, provider
• Establish measurable outcomes for provider-data accuracy, time from contract signature to claim
• Establish clear data governance, ownership, quality standards, lineage, and controls for provider
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers; establish effective product practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-team product
• 5+ years of people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, and
• Experience leading strategy and execution for technically complex products with significant data
• Demonstrated ability to define meaningful product and operational metrics, use data to make
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering, data, design, operations, and senior business
