📋 Description

• Lead and manage R&D programs with high impact to the business, including complex initiatives
• Design, facilitate, and manage leadership strategy sessions, offsites, and workshops — owning
• Align priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and adjacent business
• Proactively identify emerging problems, risks, and opportunities — framing options and driving
• Partner with leadership and HR on programs that grow leadership capability, strengthen team health
• Establish program management frameworks, metrics, and communication cadences that give leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, engineering operations, or strategy roles within a
• Proven track record of directing complex, cross-organizational programs with high business impact
• A strategic, proactive mindset — demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, develop
• Technical enough to earn respect from the R&D community; familiarity with AI/ML and CI/CD a
• Experience designing and running leadership strategy sessions, workshops, and executive forums.
• Proven conflict management skills and a history of building 'win-win' partnerships.
