📋 Description

• Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy, strengthen industry partnerships (NENA/APCO), mentor the
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to align
• Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements, prioritize AI-related initiatives
• Support market expansion and deal strategy through industry expertise, customer relationships
• Optimize workflows and processes while driving measurable outcomes tied to customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience within public safety, emergency
• Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, emergency communications workflows, and evolving
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders, industry associations (NENA/APCO)
• Strong strategic leadership experience driving scalable programs, operational improvements, and
• Ability to translate customer feedback, operational challenges, and market insights into actionable
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills, including executive
