Director of Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead the Company’s revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
• Lead technical accounting assessments of customer contracts, with focus on non-standard terms
• Maintain and evolve the Company’s revenue recognition policies and documentation.
• Ensure SOX 404(b) compliant controls are documented and operating effectively across all
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits related to revenue and receivables
• Lead process transformation initiatives to automate and streamline workflows, including an AI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting and billing/collections, including 5+
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, including experience reviewing complex contracts for SaaS and
• Proven experience leading order-to-cash processes and managing billing/AR operations.
• Experience in a public company environment, including SOX compliance and external audit.
• Strong systems knowledge (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, or similar platforms).
