  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Excited about AI transforming software development and customer value
  • Comfortable with engineering leaders, CTOs, and platform teams; credibility
  • Experience selling to R&D, engineering, or developer-experience buyers
  • Experience working with Sales Engineering and value of technical depth
  • Owned or partnered with Customer Support/Success and view post-sale health as revenue
