Director of Sales, Club & Grocery

📋 Description

• Own the Club & Grocery P&L - full accountability for gross and net sales, trade spend, and
• Run the Club and Grocery relationships - primary, full-scope point of contact with buying
• Lead JBP and category strategy - annual and in-year Joint Business Planning, category reviews
• Own forecasting and demand planning - build and run forecast cadence for Club and Grocery
• Manage trade investment - develop and own trade spend and promotional plans with full
• Lead channel expansion - strategy for thoughtful expansion into Club and Grocery over a multi-year

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in CPG sales with direct senior-level experience owning Costco and/or grocery/food
• End-to-end account ownership - track record of running a retailer relationship in full including
• Deep retailer fluency - strong command of Costco's operating model and/or grocery category review
• Proven JBP and category leadership - history of leading category reviews and joint business plans
• Comfort with autonomy - thrive in a lean, scaling organization reporting directly to the Chief
• People leadership - experience coaching and developing an account manager or similar direct report
