  • Own growth strategy for E&S in Southern Europe and track regional trends.
  • Lead and coach Client Partners across FR, IT, ES; set quotas and metrics.
  • Define go-to-market for New Business in Southern Europe; build scalable motions.
  • Oversee pipeline health and lead flow; partner with SDRs for top-of-funnel engine.
  • Build relationships with key E&S clients and agency partners; senior contact.
  • Represent Spotify at events and foster knowledge sharing across teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in the digital media space in Southern Europe, with 5+ years leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record building outbound strategies and scaling first-time advertisers.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, measurement, attribution, and ad tech.
  • Fluent English and Spanish; another Southern European language a plus.
