📋 Description

• Lead and develop a national team of ~11 enterprise-level Account Executives
• Drive adoption of Axon’s Drone as First Responder network for rapid-response awareness
• Support customers in building scalable aerial response programs and daily emergency workflows
• Expand adoption of counter-drone and airspace awareness capabilities for sensitive locations
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for emerging aerial technologies in public safety
• Build strong partnerships with product, engineering, strategy, and operations to inform the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in complex SaaS and high-tech environments
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams in complex or emerging technology markets
• Experience selling platform technologies or integrated solutions rather than single products
• Comfort at the intersection of SaaS, IoT, UAV tech, and real-time ops
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in complex consultative sales cycles with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and modern sales tooling
