Director of Security

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary on-site subject matter expert for security operations, interacting directly
• Build, improve, and maintain effective, high-trust relationships with both the client and on-site
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage the site, meet or exceed financial and
• Develop, prepare, and compile reports, memos, and documentation pertaining to personnel activities
• Directly manage, lead, and support a team of 8 security officers, site leads, and shift
• Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance tracking, disciplinary actions, and staff

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of managerial and policy-making experience in law enforcement or contract
• High-rise Class A commercial office tower experience and extensive contacts within the local law
• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management, or related field (or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
• Professional certifications in Security Management (CPP or similar) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to create and manage budgets and budget variance reports.
