Director of Security Investigations

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow the security investigations team and set the strategy for the function.
• Own the insider threat program: detection, triage, investigation, and response to risks posed by
• Lead complex fraud investigations, from detection through resolution, and partner with relevant
• Establish investigation standards, playbooks, evidence handling, and case management practices that
• Partner with Legal, HR, and Compliance on sensitive matters, ensuring investigations are fair
• Work with Detection & Response and Security Engineering to build the telemetry and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience in investigations — insider threat, fraud, corporate/security
• Track Record: Proven history running complex, sensitive investigations end to end with sound
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of insider threat and fraud detection, including the data
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Experience partnering with Legal and HR on sensitive matters, and
• Judgment: Excellent judgment, discretion, and ethics — able to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes
• Communication: Strong communication and executive presence.
