• Own overall social media performance aligned with business objectives
• Lead global organic social strategy across channels and campaigns
• Own YouTube strategy end-to-end
• Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social
• Guide content planning and publishing with consistent brand voice
• Manage social budget, tech stack, agencies, freelancers, creators

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of social media experience, including 5+ years leading global brand social strategy
• Experience owning a social function end-to-end (strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, outcomes)
• Leadership of teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs
• Deep YouTube strategy expertise (channel growth, programming, video formats, metrics)
• Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels
• Understanding of paid social and organic-paid integration
