Director of Strategic Operations, Litigation Support

📋 Description

• Partner with GM on priorities, planning, roadmaps, and critical decisions
• Own cross-functional projects spanning operations, GTM, and processes
• Diagnose inefficiencies and lead solution implementation and measurement
• Expand growth into new jurisdictions, clients, and service lines
• Lead org design, hiring, and onboarding for new team members
• Balance multiple initiatives with quality and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, strategy, or similar roles
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives
• Strong PM skills with multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with operational reporting (SLAs, productivity, quality)
• Experience partnering with product/tech to define requirements
• Analytical, quick to learn complex subject areas (e.g., California SOP)
