• Own global R&D Talent Acquisition outcomes with full autonomy, set direction, align executives
• Operate as an enterprise leader who anticipates issues early, makes decisions fast, and drives
• Translate business strategy into clear hiring plans, priorities, and capacity models that
• Establish and run an executive operating rhythm that leaders rely on for pipeline health, forecast

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of broad TA and/or HR experience including talent management and performance management
• Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Proven recruiting leader with meaningful people leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading technical hiring, including influencing senior leaders
• Strong delivery orientation with a track record of getting hiring done in fast changing environments
